Privacy Policy
1. Summary
Gemfit does not require an account and the developer does not run a server that collects your data. Your game progress stays on your device. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect device information as described below. Purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Data stored on your device
The app saves your best score, Adventure stage progress, sound and vibration settings, a count of games played (used to space out ads), and whether you own “Remove Ads”. This data stays on your device, is not sent to the developer, and is deleted when you uninstall the app. It may be included in your device’s own backups (for example iCloud or Android backup).
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device model, operating system, approximate location derived from your IP, and how you interact with ads.
- iOS: the app asks for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before the advertising identifier can be used for tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: the app asks for your consent through Google’s consent form before personalized ads are shown. Without consent, you may still see non-personalized ads.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device’s Google settings.

4. In-app purchases
“Remove Ads” is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google; the developer never receives your card or account information. The app only checks with the store whether your account owns the purchase.
5. Children
Gemfit is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
6. Your choices
You can limit ad tracking with the device settings above, buy “Remove Ads” to stop ads entirely, or uninstall the app to delete all locally stored game data. For data collected by Google, see Google’s privacy controls linked above.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

3. 광고 (Google AdMob)
광고 제공과 측정을 위해 Google이 광고 식별자(iOS의 IDFA, Android의 광고 ID), IP 주소, 기기 모델, 운영체제, IP 기반의 대략적인 위치, 광고 이용 기록 등을 수집할 수 있습니다.
- iOS: 광고 식별자를 추적에 사용하기 전에 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 팝업으로 동의를 요청합니다. 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 추적에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
- 유럽경제지역·영국·스위스: 맞춤형 광고를 보여 주기 전에 Google 동의 양식으로 동의를 요청합니다. 동의하지 않아도 비맞춤형 광고는 표시될 수 있습니다.
- Android: 기기의 Google 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

4. 인앱 결제
“광고 제거” 상품은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 판매됩니다. 결제 정보는 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하며, 개발자는 카드나 계정 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 해당 계정의 구매 여부만 스토어에 확인합니다.
5. 아동
Gemfit은 만 13세(또는 각 국가의 기준 연령) 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 선택
위의 기기 설정으로 광고 추적을 제한하거나, “광고 제거”를 구매해 광고를 끄거나, 앱을 삭제해 기기에 저장된 게임 정보를 모두 지울 수 있습니다. Google이 수집한 정보는 위에 연결된 Google의 개인정보 설정을 이용하세요.
